These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Prepped, including the website, web application, study materials, and related services available through imprepped.com (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Prepped, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prepped is operated by Brokerage Network Inc., a California corporation located in Long Beach, California, and is marketed under the brand name "Prepped by REALicense."
Prepped is a California DRE Salesperson exam preparation platform. It provides study modules, practice questions, flashcards, mastery quizzes, and a mock exam designed to help users prepare for the California Department of Real Estate Salesperson examination.
Prepped is an exam preparation tool only. It is not a pre-licensing course and does not satisfy California Department of Real Estate education requirements.
Prepped is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the California Department of Real Estate.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and purchase access to Prepped.

These are one time payments. Prepped does not currently charge recurring subscription fees for these plans.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to any applicable Stripe terms and policies.
Access begins after account creation and successful payment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, your purchase provides ongoing access to the purchased version of the Service for so long as Prepped remains commercially available. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
We offer a full refund within 5 days of purchase for any reason. No questions asked. No requirement to prove you failed. No hoops.
To request a refund, email hello@imprepped.com within 5 days of your purchase date and include the email address used for your purchase. Requests submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Our Pass Promise: if you complete all 7 modules, score 80% or higher on every mastery quiz, and do not pass the California DRE Salesperson exam, email us. We will work with you to get you over the line on your retake. No additional charge.
To claim the Pass Promise, email hello@imprepped.com with reasonable proof of your exam attempt and non-passing result, along with the email address associated with your Prepped account.
Because Prepped provides ongoing access for so long as the Service remains commercially available, no access extension is required. The Pass Promise means we will provide additional study support and guidance to help you prepare for your retake. It is not a cash refund, rebate, or guarantee of exam success.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is licensed to one individual user only. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
You agree to provide accurate information during signup and keep your account information current. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your account is being shared, misused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

All question bank content, explanations, study modules, flashcards, mock exams, branding, and related materials are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law.
Prepped is intended solely as a study support and exam preparation tool. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will result in passing the California DRE Salesperson exam. Exam results depend on many factors including your own effort, study consistency, retention, test-taking performance, and external testing conditions.
We aim to keep Prepped available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, remove, or change features at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepped is provided "as is" and "as available." Brokerage Network Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brokerage Network Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Prepped.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Prepped for the Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, create a security risk, or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Prepped after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
