Every student who signs up and pays through your referral link generates revenue share for you. Rate is set by your partner tier.

The sponsorship path: Team and Brokerage tier partners can issue free access codes to their highest-priority recruits (3 sponsored seats per month for Team, 5 for Brokerage). Free seats do not generate revenue share since the operator is already covering that cost through their monthly platform fee. Agent tier focuses purely on rev share and does not include sponsored seats.

Revenue share is calculated monthly and paid out via Stripe. Your dashboard shows a live estimate of what you have earned this month and lifetime. Stripe Connect integration is in active development.

When a student passes their mock exam inside Prepped, they see a celebration overlay that includes your name, photo, personal quote, and a button to book time with you. This fires only for students referred by you. It is the most targeted recruiting moment in real estate education.
